All our pole classes go for 1hr and involve a warm up, some conditioning, pole tricks, combos & at times mini routines.
Our courses are designed for you to improve fitness, strength, mobility & body tone whilst having fun.
We also have choreography classes where you will learn styles of pole dance & choreography. We have lyrical choreo classes and sexy pole classes in heels.
These classes are designed to improve your cardio fitness in a fun environment. Dancing is a cardio workout and it’s a lot of fun learning how to combine what you have learned in your pole class with dance. Learning choreography will also stimulate your brain. Fitness for body & mind!
Wear comfortable gym clothes – most girls like to wear shorts, a gym crop & singlet. We train barefeet – unless the class is Sexy Pole. Bring a bottle of water & towel with you plus your phone to capture your achievements.
