$15 holding fee is required to confirm your spot as space is limited however this is then taken off your course fee when you join a full Beginner Pole Course making this a FREE trial class. Non refundable.

What To Wear & Expect
Wear comfortable gym attire such as shorts, sports crop & a singlet. We train bare feet. Also bring a bottle of water and a small towel. Don’t use an oily moisturizer that day as it can impact your grip. Pole is a slippery sport!
You don’t need to be fit & strong to start pole. Pole is what makes you fit and strong. We will teach you from the ground up starting with the absolute basics. Once your body begins to understand what it needs to do you will start to develop the required strength.
Everyone progresses differently so never compare yourself with anyone else. Your pole journey is a personal one and comes with a set of your own personal goals.
Don’t come with a set of expectations. Just come along with an attitude to have fun as that is what pole is about. Yes, it’s exercise – but it’s such fun! And a great way to make new friends. We have girls who have developed very strong friendships through our classes and have been at Achieve for years. We’re a family, and I very much look forward to welcoming you into our tribe.
