All classes run for 1hr and include a warm up, stretch, conditioning, work on skills progression & technique, learn tricks, transitions and combinations on spin and static poles.

Aerial Yoga

Boxfit
Box yourself fit! Fast paced cardio class combining boxing and high intensity training. This class will get your heart pumping. You will need to bring your own boxing gloves & pads.
