Pole Dancing classes for Fitness

Pole classes have gained popularity worldwide as a form of exercise, with increased awareness of the benefits to gain overall general strength & fitness. It really is one of the most fun ways to get fit, toned & strong and improve self-confidence. It’s also a great way to meet new friends.

All classes run for 1hr and include a warm up, stretch, conditioning, work on skills progression & technique, learn tricks, transitions and combinations on spin and static poles.

Beginner Pole 5wk Mini Course

This course is the perfect introduction to pole dancing – just enough to give you a thorough sample of what the pole craze is all about. You will learn a number of tricks, spins & floorwork as well as climbing & handbalancing. Pole is especially fun with friends so grab the girls and try this course for something new, something to challenge

Sexy Pole

Love to dance in heels? Our Sexy Pole classes will teach you how to dance in sexy heels. You will learn sexy, classy choreography combined with pole tricks suitable for that level. Channel your inner sex goddess. These classes will have you standing tall and dancing with confidence.

Aerial Classes

We offer Aerial Hoop/Lyra classes for Beginner & Intermediate.

Aerial Fit Kids

Developing gross motor skills in children is vital for their development. Children love to climb & move. Our Aerial Fit Kids program combines aerial apparatus such as aerial hoop, silks, trapeze, pole with gymnastics tumbling skills. Each week you will see your child develop strength, coordination & confidence.

Flexibility Classes

Improve overall flexibility with a regular stretch class. Want your splits? Nail that bridge? Stretch & Flex is the class is for you.


Strength & conditioning is vital for everyone and should be combined with your regular pole classes. Classes include circuit training, boxing, HIIT, resistance training, cardio & more.

Pole Privates

Want to take your pole skills to the next level? Then pole privates are the way to get. Get quality instruction catered specifically for your needs.

4wk Mini Courses starting from the 1st May

For only $79 you can join one or more of the following amazing 4 week mini courses specifically designed for ALL fitness levels – NO pole or dance experience required. All classes will cater from Beginner to Advanced. What’s on offer?
