Pole Classes for Fitness

Pole classes have gained popularity worldwide as a form of exercise, with increased awareness of the benefits to gain overall general strength & fitness. It really is one of the most fun ways to get fit, toned & strong and improve self-confidence. It’s also a great way to meet new friends.

All classes run for 1hr and include a warm up, stretch, conditioning, work on skills progression & technique, learn tricks, transitions and combinations on spin and static poles.

Aerial Yoga

Get elevated! Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga & pilates poses with the use of a silk hammock swing. The natural swaying of the swing adds diversity to your workout. Deepen your practice as the hammock allows you to comfortably relax into your poses. We have 7 beautiful black hammocks available for a personal class where you get the attention you deserve from qualified Aerial Yoga instructors. Only 6 spots available per class so you will need to get in quick to reserve your spot. 1 waitlist per class accepted.

How Long: 1hr class

When: Monday 5.30pm \ Wednesday 5.30pm \ Saturday 10.30am

Cost: $35 casual class or pre-purchase 4 classes for just $25 a class. 1mth validity.

Beginner Pole Dance

This is a casual class suitable for the absolute beginner. You can attend every week or do a drop in class as you like. Each week you will learn a selection of tricks & floorwork combined into a fun routine. New choreography each week.

Pole is especially fun with friends so grab the girls and try this class for something new, something that will reward you with gorgeous sculpted arms, legs & mid section. Get fit & toned!

Dance & Choreography Classes

Heels Choreography Classes

Love to dance in heels? Our Heels Choreo classes will teach you how to dance in sexy heels. You will learn sexy, classy choreography combined with pole tricks suitable for any level above Beginner. Channel your inner goddess. These classes will have you standing tall & dancing with confidence.

Two heels classes available. On Mondays 7.30pm Pole Choreo with Andrea Ryff where every 2 weeks you will learn a routine that includes pole tricks & combos catered to your personal level. Suitable Intermediate & up. On Thursdays 8.30pm we have Hot In Heels with Belynda Jane where each week you will learn a new routine – suitable for all levels Beginner & up.


Non heels dance choreography class, Tuesdays 7.30pm. Every 2 weeks you will learn a new routine with a new instructor in a new dance style. Styles include but are not limited to Lyrical, Contemporary, Showgirl, Broadway Jazz, Jazz, Dance Hall.

Tues 13th & 20th Aug: Dance Hall with Crystal

Group Fitness Classes

Strength & conditioning is vital for everyone and should be combined with your regular pole classes. Classes include BoxFit, Functionally Fit, circuit training, HIIT, resistance training, cardio & more. See timetable for classes on offer.

Aerial Fit Kids

Developing gross motor skills in children is vital for their development. Children love to climb & move. Our Aerial Fit Kids program combines aerial apparatus such as aerial hoop, silks, trapeze, pole with gymnastics tumbling skills. Each week you will see your child develop strength, coordination & confidence.

Want to take your pole skills to the next level? Then pole privates are the way to go. Get quality instruction catered specifically for your needs.

Here’s a General Overview of Our Class Levels

Intermediate: learn to invert & inside/outside leg hangs from the ground on both sides / can invert from the ground and do inside/outside leg hangs
Mid Intermediate: can invert & do inside/outside leg hang from the ground on both sides / learn to aerial invert, can aerial invert
High Intermediate: can aerial invert & leg hang from the ground on both sides / learn to shouldermount from the ground both sides in cupgrip
Prep Advanced: can Shouldermount in cup grip both sides / learn aerial Shouldermounts, learn to do Handsprings (we learn true and cup grip first)
Advanced: can do Aerial Shouldermounts in cup grip, can do True Grip Handsprings.
